September 5

Congrats Margaret and Blake!

Beautiful wedding in Vermillion Ohio!

It was a smaller wedding, modern, not super traditional, and very tastefully done.

*thumbs up*

It was a fun wedding to shoot, everyone had a blast and danced long into the night!

Greg's work. I love what Greg does.

And he doesn't post his stuff anywhere, he keeps it all hidden away.

So I'm posting it.

July 31

Last of July...time sure is flying.

I get off work almost every Friday. I love sleeping in till about 8:30. One of the highlights of the week.

Went to the Hartman's this evening after Greg got off work. He got a big canvas for us to paint and hang in his room. We took the first step in priming it. While painting it we saw our silhouettes and took pictures. We swung on his swings for a good chunk of the evening too.

While swinging I let a mosquito have a blood sucking feast on my arm, and apparently the word spread and that mosquito invited all his buddies to join him "look man, she is just talking and talking, completely oblivious to us, drink all you want."

The summer of 2009 has exceeded all previous summers.

July 26

After church today I went to Greg's to go to a work picnic with him.

I wish I could have used everyone at the work picnic for a movie cast, it was an appealing crowd for a movie. Such a diverse group. It was a really interesting experience, well imprinted in my memory...i made sure of that.

After the picnic we went to Stretar's to bid Ruth a happy birthday and give her some presents which included: Two shirts, dangling lights (that her and Joe hung in the playhouse), a harry potter action figure, and an 8x10 portrait Greg did of Thom Yorke.

We hung out in the playhouse for a god deal of the day and then as evening came we sat outside and watched the rainclouds roll in.

July 24

day off work, so i went over Rachel's to help weed...but we didn't really weed. We sat around and talked instead. Then Greg came over, then we went to Crocker Park, and got grocery's for the parents.

Later on we doubled up with Mary Alice and Patrick and drove to Little Italy where we walked and ate. After food we went to Cedar Lee theater and saw "500 Days of Summer" and ate raisinets from the drugstore across the street.

If i wrote movie reviews I would give it a good review. It was a really fun evening with a lot of laughs and good conversation.

July 18

Congrats Scott & Naomi Kirby!!!

Beautiful day for a wedding, from start to finish. The wedding ceremony was one of the nicest I have ever been to. Very God honoring service.

After the ceremony we went to Edgewater and Lincoln Park for pictures.

As for the limo and reception, both were a blast.

The reception was at Pier W in Lakewood, right on the Lake. It was Gorgeous!

Greg ran a photo booth that we put together, that ended up turning out better than I had anticipated.

Thank You Scott and Naomi!
