We drove all through the night and arrived in Destin FL at about 9 am.

Our check-in time wasn't until 2 so we drove around a lot. Ate Panera's for breakfast, split into groups at an outlet center, keeping the buddy system. Purchased an album at Best Buy. Sat on a curb. walked.

When we met up again we drove back to our neighbor hood, and spent a couple hours by the pool playing catch and having jump rope contest...then we were aloud to check in.

the house is nice and small. Grandma is in room #1. James, Ange, and Marleigh in room #2. Dad & Mom in room #3. The rest of us in the living room. Martha and I on a fold out couch. Joe on the fold out across from us. Amy on a couch beside us. Jed, Liam and Maggie on an air mattress beside Amy.

Dad got a whole cart full of things from the store and made burgers for dinner.

Watched "Saving Private Ryan".

sat around enjoying each others company.

I can tell that it is going to be a fun filled week!!
